I really like the fact you went so in depth on this and really explored the topic as much as you did. I read a lot of blogs but usually, it's pretty shallow content. I learned on Friday that Vicki Jo Metz, a 59-year-old student loan debtor who won a partial discharge of her student loans in Kansas bankruptcy court, prevailed on appeal. I wrote an amicus brief on Ms. Metz's behalf that was sponsored by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. This was an intermediate appellate court appeal before a U.S. District Court. ECMC appealed her partial discharge. A win for the good guys.Richard Fosseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05915307718139521622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4202804909803677380.post-3865098748694508172019-05-03T09:18:31.318-07:002019-05-03T09:18:31.318-07:00Alan Collinge (Student Loan Justice) also has the ...Alan Collinge (Student Loan Justice) also has the same idea about student loans and bankruptcy.
